If you need foreign currency
Please enter the necessary information into the purchase application form , check the terms of use, and then apply after agreeing to them. If you pay by bank transfer, your order will be shipped the same day if payment is confirmed by 3pm on weekdays. If you pay by cash on delivery, your order will be shipped the same day if your order is placed by 3pm on weekdays. First-time customers will need to upload a photo of their ID on the form.
Check your confirmation email
We will confirm the details of your application and stock availability, then send you a final confirmation email. Once we receive your reply, we will move on to the next step. The transaction rate will be the rate at the time we send you the order confirmation email. If there is a sudden market fluctuation, etc., and there is a discrepancy between the rate at the time of your application and the actual transaction rate, you can cancel your order if you let us know.
Please transfer the total amount of the foreign currency equivalent and the shipping fee to our designated account. The transfer fee will be borne by the customer. Once we have confirmed that the money has arrived, we will contact you by email. In addition to bank transfer, we also accept cash on delivery by post.
We will ship the desired foreign currency and quantity. You can choose from the following shipping and receiving methods. ・Normal delivery 500 yen ・Express delivery (+500 yen) ・Cash on delivery (+800 yen) ・Pick up at the store We will also contact you by email to inform you of the shipment. We cannot accept requests for specific delivery dates or times. In addition, delivery may be delayed due to postal circumstances. The shipping fee is 500 yen. The email will include a tracking number, so please check it as well. If you choose to pick up at the store, you can transfer the money to us, which will guarantee the exchange rate at the time of your order and reserve the banknotes for you.
If you want to sell foreign currency

First-time customers will need to upload a photo of their ID through the form. *Please note that we do not purchase old bills, coins, or severely damaged or dirty bills. If you have any questions, please contact us in advance by phone.

Please send it to us at the post office. In order to identify the customer, please make sure to write the transaction number, name, address, etc. on the back of the envelope. Please send it by registered mail or regular registered mail to the address below by the shipping deadline. The shipping deadline is the day after the application date (postmark valid). Although it is optional, please take out insurance if necessary. Postage costs will be borne by the customer.
We will check the foreign currency we received and contact you by email. If there are no problems, we will transfer the money to the account you specified and will contact you by email to inform you that the transfer has been completed. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days from the time the foreign currency arrives until the transfer is completed.
