Yes, you can. We are open all year round (except for the New Year holidays).

It is updated every weekday morning at around 11:00. On weekends and holidays, the last updated rate of the previous day is used.
*If there are large fluctuations in the exchange rate, it may be updated each time.

Is there anything I need besides foreign currency and cash when I visit the store?

Customers who wish to exchange more than 2 million yen will need to provide identification documents. In that case, please prepare one of the following identification documents.
・Driver’s license issued in Japan
・Passport (regardless of nationality)
・Basic Resident Registration Card (Juki Card)
・Residence Card・
Certificate of registered matters or Seal Registration Certificate (Corporate customers will also need identification documents for the individual who visits the branch)
・Articles of incorporation or other documents that can verify business details (Corporate customers will also need identification documents for the individual who visits the branch)

Credit cards cannot be used for foreign currency exchange.

exchange rate will be the same as the one displayed at the store.

You will need to fill out a form for each type of currency, but we can easily exchange multiple types of foreign currency.

The exchange rate is updated every morning at around 11:00.
Since it is not a real-time rate, the rate at the store may differ from the rate at the time of confirmation. Please contact the store for details.

We only accept paper money. Please note that coins are not eligible for foreign currency exchange.

How long does it take to exchange money?

Generally, transactions are completed within a few minutes.
However, if you are exchanging more than 2 million yen, we will need to ask for your identity document, so
it may take a little longer than usual.

Can you buy any foreign currency?
A

Our store uses a banknote authentication machine to identify banknotes,
so please note that we cannot purchase banknotes that do not pass the authentication machine due to being badly stained or bent.
